My Xbox 360 broke. Not from Red Rings of Death either, my disk tray died.
Okay, I long considered writting this into an incoherant rant about Microsoft. But instead I’m going to take the higher road.
I am considering this to a sign of god. Perhaps I was spending too much time playing Call of Duty 4 and Guitar Hero 3. I consider this to be a good thing that has befallen upon me. I can use this chance to talk to people outside of the Xbox Live network. Maybe now I can take more time to get better at flying.
Right now we are knee deep in the tactical nightmare that is E3. M$ held thier press conference today, and honestly there where enough good things that made me think that there is a chance Microsoft will crush thier oposition in this console war.
Tomorrow holds a special value to me. Both Nintendo and Sony are holding press conferences and the out comes of both will shape my gaming future. Nintendo has to blow me away to a degree that… well… at this point nothing has. Sony needs to show some A+ titles that really entice me enough to consider purchasing thier console.
So, lets get this strait; I own a Wii and Xbox 360. I am at this point so done with the Wii, I am seriously considering selling it. Looking at what you can get for these on Ebay, I can write off about 3/4 of the cost of the PS3. Done, simple. I have not played the only Wii game I own (Twilight Princess) in more than a year. There are several games that I would like to own on the PS3. MGS4 and Killzone 2 mainly being the only ones.
And now my fingers are tired of typing, so that is it.
